Valet Parking Authority / Grand Lux Cafe Chicago

The idea for Grand Lux Cafe came to life when The Venetian Resort, Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas asked David Overton, Founder of The Cheesecake Factory Restaurants, to create an upscale casual restaurant concept for their property.

 

Grand Lux Cafe prides itself on providing guests unique, casual global cuisine in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. Valet Parking Authority is always looking for ways to make sure that Grand Lux Cafe guests experience the best service when they arrive and when they leave.

 

With a street-side valet operation, Valet Parking Authority wanted to ensure guests did not have a long wait for their cars to be retrieved, especially when Chicago is living up to its name as “The Windy City”.

 

The Result

Valet Parking Authority added Zingle so guests can conveniently text for their car when they’re ready to leave. Additionally, the restaurant staff can make valet requests directly from their hostess stand. Zingle has helped the valet team by providing more lead time to retrieve cars which are held at a garage several blocks away. More importantly, Zingle has helped minimize the wait time for their valet customers, in turn helping ensure the overall experience at Grand Lux Cafe remains very positive.
